After a wonderful vacation to the Grand Canyon, this week was sort of a “get back into the grove” week. Felt very sluggish, but mostly due to a so-so diet and temps/humidity. However next week will be back to the grind and getting my miles and speed work in. The temps and humidity are getting back to what you would expect from Florida, so my runs need to get back to mornings when it is cool out.

Good luck getting back in the training this week! Rainy and cooler here in Seattle…..looking forward to Spring to show up!
I hope it goes well for you getting back into the swing of things. I’ll bet the Grand Canyon was awesome!
Good, solid week of training, Adam!
My training is just starting to pick up again! And of course, so is the rain!!!
Your pics from the post below are beautiful Adam! I had the chance to visit the GC a few years ago, there are some magnificent places on this Earth huh?
Good luck going from that dry air back to humidity AND your training!
Welcome back, Adam!!! Your trip pics are incredible and looks like you had a great time. I’m just getting back to the grind again (major heel pain though), too, and it feels really good!!
Wow, sure seems like based on the numbers you jumped right back into it. Hopefully this next week is betteR!
