I managed to get back out and run again, but only twice. Felt good, but sure would have been nice to get more time in. I am really worried about my overall fitness level, and really need to get a new training plan in place as well as decide on a race in the fall to work towards. My job seems to be stabilized so perhaps I can get into the routine again. I am really hating myself for not being able to run more often.
