Week 38, 2010 training summary


To start with I will tell you that in week 37 I only managed to run twice for a total of 13.33 miles., so I did not go through the trouble of creating a post for it.  However, in week 38 I came back nicely. (As you can see below.)

I felt very good this week with less stress, more sleep, better nutrition, and a very optimistic future.  I also updated my training schedule for the next 21 weeks which will set me up nicely for my first 100 mile ultra in February.  Yes, you read that correct.  I am preparing for my first 100 mile ultra-marathon.  I will give more details in a separate post.
