Week 41, 2010 training summary

This week was a bit challenging to get the workout in, but I managed to get 34.5 miles running and 9.1 miles walking. The reason it was challenging is because of a trip to see Niagara Falls with the family.  However, as you can see we did plenty of walking to really qualify it as a workout “of sorts”.

The running this week felt very good, and I think I hit some sort of mini-peak this week.  I simply ran what my body felt like doing, and it was much faster than I intended on doing but I’ll take it.  My feet are starting to hurt a bit while running, so I think my shoes may be ready for replacing. They do have 430 miles on them, so I guess this is the limit for the Nike Zoom Triax.

  1. Hi Adam, welcome back to blogworld – it’s soo good to see you are keeping up the running and getting in lots of other stuff, too. What’s the next plan of attack on the race circuit?

Thanks for your very nice email :). I will write soon…I keep thinking about it and then get side-tracked, sorry. It was awesome to hear from you! Keep running 🙂
