OK, I did it…I reached my tired place. This week I found the point where my body let me know it was tired. Thus the 30 second per mile drop in my pace for every workout this week. However, next week will be a much needed reduced mile week. Also, keep in mind that I only have 3 more hard training weeks until my taper starts for my next race…the 2011 Iron Horse Endurance Run where I will run 100 miles for the first time. Other than being a bit tired I really do feel pretty good.
