What a tough week. I had so much work to do it was impossible to get any “me” time for runs. However, I did get things done in time for a judo clinic on Saturday and Sunday where I managed to injure my hips pretty seriously. I guess I will be running less, and slower, for awhile. On Sunday evening I did get in a swim.
