With my training going at full steam again I have decided on the Palm Beach Marathon
Now that my training is full steam ahead again I have decided that the Palm Beach Marathon on December 6th will be my first marathon.

Received my nutrition package…surprise!
Upon receiving my Hammer Nutrition sample package (which I thought was only going to be some gels) I was pleasantly surprised to see that they sent me a sample of almost all of their products.

Signed up for my first 1/2 marathon today
Today I decided that it was time to sign up for my first 1/2 marathon now that my ankle is feeling better.

Ankle good, running on my toes (forefoot) again
After a couple of weeks mending my ankle sprain it is great to be running on my toes (forefoot) again.

Time for new running shoes, clothes, etc.
With some downtime while my ankle heals it is time to concentrate on some much needed gear.

Training continues, without a specific marathon in mind.
Now that I have decided to run my first marathon I looked around and found the Space Coast marathon. It looks to be the right choice.

First long run, a 9 miler yesterday! ! !
My first long run of 9 miles in the bag. Now I am seriously thinking about doing a marathon. I feel great, and realize that more is capable.
